Delete your account

You can delete your TaiPace account and the data that comes with it at any time, whether or not you are still subscribed.

In the app

Open the TaiPace app on iPhone or Android, go to the Profile tab and tap “Delete my account”. It takes effect immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to support@taipace.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it and confirm by reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, your profile and quiz answers, your workout history, weight log, daily check-ins, achievements and subscription records. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same moment, so you will not be charged again.

What is kept

The record that you accepted our Terms and policies when you subscribed (the date, the wording and the version) is kept, because we are legally required to be able to show it. It contains no health data. Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your sign-up record stays in our books with your name, email address, IP address and advertising identifiers removed.
